What is it used for?
Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator used to relieve breathing difficulty, wheezing and chest tightness caused by narrowed airways in conditions such as asthma and other breathing disorders.

How does it work?
It relaxes the muscles around the airways, helping them open and making it easier to breathe.

How to take/use it
Use it only as prescribed by the doctor and follow the instructions for the prescribed inhalation device. Do not change the dose or frequency, and do not swallow a product intended for inhalation.

Common side effects
Shakiness or tremor, nervousness, headache, dizziness, fast heartbeat, palpitations and muscle cramps may occur.

Precautions
Tell the doctor about heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid problems or low potassium levels. Seek medical help if breathing suddenly worsens, the heartbeat becomes very fast or irregular, or severe chest pain occurs. Do not use more often than prescribed.
