What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of mild to moderate pain and inflammation, especially muscle, joint and other musculoskeletal pain.

How does it work?
Lornoxicam reduces the production of substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by the doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water, preferably with or after food. Do not take other medicines containing paracetamol or NSAIDs unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, headache, dizziness and drowsiness.

Precautions
Avoid or seek medical advice before use if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or use of blood thinners. Avoid alcohol and do not exceed the prescribed dose, as excess paracetamol can seriously damage the liver. Seek urgent medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe allergic reactions, breathing difficulty, or severe skin reactions. Avoid use during pregnancy, especially the last three months, unless specifically prescribed.
