What is it used for?
Luliconazole is a topical antifungal used to treat fungal skin infections such as ringworm, athlete’s foot and jock itch.

How does it work?
It stops fungi from making an essential part of their cell membrane, which helps clear the infection.

How to take/use it
Apply a thin layer to clean, dry affected skin exactly as prescribed. For external use only. Wash hands before and after applying, unless the hands are being treated. Do not apply in the eyes, mouth or other sensitive areas unless directed by a healthcare professional.

Common side effects
Mild burning, stinging, redness, itching or irritation where it is applied.

Precautions
Avoid contact with the eyes and mouth. Do not apply to broken or severely irritated skin unless advised. Stop using it and seek medical advice if severe irritation, swelling or an allergic reaction occurs. Use only for the condition it was prescribed for and seek medical advice if the infection worsens or does not improve.
