What is it used for?
This combination is used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation and swelling, especially in muscle, joint and other musculoskeletal conditions. It may also help reduce pain associated with injury or after certain procedures, when prescribed.

How does it work?
Aceclofenac reduces substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps relieve pain and fever, while serratiopeptidase may help reduce swelling.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by a doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water, preferably with or after food if it causes stomach discomfort. Do not take additional paracetamol- or anti-inflammatory-containing medicines unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Common side effects
Indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness or headache. Skin rash or other allergic reactions may occur.

Precautions
Tell the doctor about a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or bleeding problems. Avoid excess alcohol. Do not use during pregnancy, especially the last 3 months, unless specifically prescribed. Seek urgent medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe rash, breathing difficulty, or yellowing of the skin or eyes.
