What is it used for?
Paracetamol Paediatric Oral Suspension is used to reduce fever and relieve mild to moderate pain in children, such as headache, body aches, toothache or pain associated with colds.

How does it work?
It reduces the production of pain- and fever-causing substances in the body, helping lower temperature and relieve pain.

How to take/use it
Shake the bottle well before use. Measure the dose with the supplied measuring device and give it exactly as directed on the package or by the doctor, based on the child’s age and weight. Do not give more than recommended or use it with any other medicine containing paracetamol.

Common side effects
Side effects are uncommon when used correctly. Nausea, vomiting or skin rash may occur.

Precautions
Check the strength carefully and use only the recommended dose. Do not use in children allergic to paracetamol. Seek medical advice before use if the child has liver disease or is taking other medicines.
