What is it used for?
This tablet is used as a nutritional supplement to provide L-carnitine, vitamin B12 (mecobalamin) and folic acid. It may be prescribed when these nutrients are low or when additional nutritional support is needed.

How does it work?
L-carnitine helps the body use fatty acids for energy. Vitamin B12 and folic acid support normal nerve function and the formation of healthy red blood cells.

How to take/use it
