Each gram of cream contains:

Hydroquinone IP 2.0% w/w ,Mometasone Furoate IP 0.1% w/w ,Tretinoin IP 0.025% w/w

Description:
Melamet Cream is a triple combination topical preparation used for the treatment of melasma, hyperpigmentation, and dark spots caused by sun exposure, hormonal changes, or aging.

This combination provides effective depigmentation and skin rejuvenation when used under medical supervision.

Warnings and Precautions:

For external use only.

Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, or mucous membranes.

Do not apply on broken, eczematous, or sunburned skin.

Prolonged use may cause skin thinning, irritation, or steroid-induced acne.

Avoid direct sunlight; use a broad-spectrum sunscreen during the day.

Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women unless prescribed by a physician.

Adverse Effects:
Mild burning, stinging, redness, dryness, or peeling of the skin may occur initially.
Long-term use may cause skin atrophy, telangiectasia, or rebound hyperpigmentation.
