What is it used for?
Methylcobalamin is a form of vitamin B12 used to prevent or treat vitamin B12 deficiency. B12 deficiency can cause certain types of anaemia and nerve-related symptoms such as tingling or numbness.

How does it work?
It supplies vitamin B12, which supports the formation of healthy red blood cells and helps maintain normal nerve function.
