Methynerve Plus Inj (Dispo) 2Ml (10X2Ml) Glimepride 3Mg,Metformin 500Mg Sr, Voglibose 0.2Mg by Elder

What is it used for?
This medicine is used with diet and exercise to help control high blood sugar in adults with type 2 diabetes when one medicine alone is not enough.

How does it work?
Glimepiride helps the pancreas release more insulin. Metformin reduces sugar production by the liver and improves the body's response to insulin, while voglibose slows the digestion and absorption of carbohydrates after meals.

How to take/use it
Take it exactly as prescribed, usually with or just before meals. Swallow the tablet whole and do not change the dose or stop treatment without medical advice. Follow the recommended diet and exercise plan, and monitor blood sugar as advised.

Common side effects
Low blood sugar, nausea, diarrhoea, stomach discomfort, bloating and gas may occur. Low blood sugar may cause sweating, shakiness, dizziness, hunger or weakness.

Precautions
Use only under medical supervision. Take extra care if there is kidney or liver disease, reduced food intake, heavy alcohol use, or a history of low blood sugar. Seek medical help for severe or persistent weakness, breathing difficulty, unusual sleepiness, or severe vomiting. Inform the doctor before surgery, serious illness, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and before any scan using an injected contrast dye.
