What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of mild to moderate pain and fever.

How does it work?
Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever. Mefenamic acid is an anti-inflammatory medicine that reduces substances involved in pain, swelling and fever.

How to take/use it
Use only as directed by a doctor or pharmacist. Shake the bottle well and measure the liquid with the supplied measuring device. Do not take more than prescribed or use it with other medicines containing paracetamol or mefenamic acid/other NSAIDs.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach discomfort, indigestion or dizziness.

Precautions
Use cautiously in children with dehydration, stomach ulcers or bleeding, kidney or liver problems, asthma triggered by painkillers, or an allergy to NSAIDs. Avoid use with other paracetamol-containing or NSAID medicines unless advised by a healthcare professional. Seek urgent medical help for breathing difficulty, facial swelling, severe rash, vomiting blood or black stools.
