Montelukast 10 mg,Fexofenadine 120 mg

Description:
Moncel Fx Tablet is a combination of an antihistamine (Fexofenadine) and a leukotriene receptor antagonist (Montelukast).
It is used to relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis, seasonal allergies, and asthma-related allergic conditions by blocking histamine and leukotriene actions, thus reducing inflammation, nasal congestion, sneezing, and itching.

Warnings and Precautions:

Use with caution in patients with hepatic impairment.

Avoid alcohol and sedative medications while on this therapy.

May cause drowsiness, dizziness, or headache in some individuals.

Report mood or behavioral changes (rare side effect of Montelukast).

Not recommended for acute asthma attacks.

Adverse Effects:
Headache, drowsiness, abdominal pain, fatigue, dry mouth, and nausea. Rarely, mood changes or rash may occur.

Storage:
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place, protected from light and moisture.
Keep out of reach of children.
