Montelukast Sodium equivalent to Montelukast 10 mg ,Acebrophylline 200 mg, Excipients q.s.

Description

Combination tablet used for asthma, allergic rhinitis, chronic bronchitis, and COPD.
Montelukast reduces inflammation & bronchoconstriction; Acebrophylline acts as a mucolytic and bronchodilator.

Precautions

Caution in liver disease, ulcers, epilepsy.

Rare neuropsychiatric effects (Montelukast).

Avoid alcohol; use in pregnancy/lactation only if advised.

Adverse Effects

Headache, nausea, abdominal discomfort, dry mouth, dizziness, diarrhea, rash.
Rare: hypersensitivity, liver enzyme elevation, mood changes.

Storage

Store below 25–30°C, in a cool, dry place.
Keep out of reach of children.
