Composition (per tablet)

Montelukast Sodium equivalent to Montelukast 10 mg, Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride 5 mg, Excipients q.s.

Description

Anti-allergic combination used for allergic rhinitis, asthma prophylaxis, sneezing, nasal congestion, and nocturnal allergy symptoms.

Precautions

May cause drowsiness (Levocetirizine).

Avoid alcohol and driving if sleepy.

Caution in renal impairment and liver disease.

Rare neuropsychiatric effects with Montelukast.

Use in pregnancy & lactation only under medical advice.

Adverse Effects

Headache, dizziness, dry mouth, nausea, fatigue, abdominal discomfort.
Rare: mood changes, rash, hypersensitivity.

Storage

Store below 25–30°C in a cool, dry place.
Keep out of reach of children.
