Montas-L Kid Tab (Montelukast 4 mg + Levocetirizine 2.5 mg)

Composition:

Each film-coated tablet contains:

Montelukast Sodium – 4 mg, Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride – 2.5 mg, Excipients q.s.

Description:

Montas-L Kid Tablet is a combination of an antihistamine (Levocetirizine) and a leukotriene receptor antagonist (Montelukast).

Levocetirizine provides quick relief from sneezing, runny nose, itching, and watery eyes, while Montelukast reduces airway inflammation and bronchial narrowing.

Precautions:

For oral use only.

Use cautiously in children with kidney or liver impairment.

Avoid in patients with known allergy to levocetirizine, cetirizine, or montelukast.

May cause mild drowsiness or dizziness.

Not intended for sudden asthma attacks.

Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding only if advised.

Keep out of reach of children.

Adverse Effects:

Headache

Drowsiness, fatigue

Abdominal pain, nausea

Dry mouth

Rare: mood changes, sleep disturbances, hypersensitivity reactions

Storage:

Store below 25–30°C, in a cool, dry place, protected from light.
Keep blister strips away from moisture and out of reach of children.
