Description:

Moxivitis D Eye Drops is a combination ophthalmic preparation containing an antibiotic (Moxifloxacin) and a corticosteroid (Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate).
It is used to treat bacterial eye infections associated with inflammation, redness, and swelling, and to prevent post-operative infections following ocular surgery or injury.

Warnings & Precautions:

For ophthalmic use only. Do not swallow or inject.

Prolonged use of corticosteroids may increase intraocular pressure (IOP), cause glaucoma, posterior subcapsular cataract, or delay corneal healing — monitor IOP regularly if used long term.

Discontinue if signs of hypersensitivity, superinfection, or vision changes occur.

Avoid use in children below 2 years unless prescribed.

Contact lens users: Remove lenses before instillation; wait at least 15 minutes before reinsertion.

Adverse Effects:

Common: Mild irritation, burning, or transient blurred vision.

Occasional: Eye redness, dryness, or foreign body sensation.

Rare: Raised intraocular pressure, allergic reactions, delayed wound healing, secondary infection (with prolonged use).

Storage:

Store below 25°C, protected from light and moisture.
Do not freeze.
Keep tightly closed and discard 4 weeks after opening.
