What is it used for?
This eye medicine is commonly used after eye surgery, such as cataract surgery, to help prevent or treat bacterial eye infection and reduce inflammation and discomfort.

How does it work?
Moxifloxacin is an antibiotic that stops the growth of bacteria. Ketorolac is an anti-inflammatory medicine that helps reduce pain, redness and swelling in the eye.

How to take/use it
Use only in the eye and exactly as prescribed by the eye specialist. Wash hands before use, do not touch the dropper tip to the eye or other surfaces, and keep the container closed after use. Do not wear contact lenses unless specifically advised.

Common side effects
Temporary burning or stinging, eye irritation, redness, itching, dry eye or blurred vision may occur after application.

Precautions
Do not use if allergic to moxifloxacin, ketorolac or similar medicines. Seek medical advice for severe or persistent eye pain, worsening redness, reduced vision, marked swelling or unusual discharge. Tell the eye specialist about corneal problems, diabetes, bleeding disorders, previous eye surgery or use of steroid eye drops. Do not use for longer than prescribed.
