MUCINAL 600 EVT contains Acetylcysteine 600 mg in effervescent tablet form.

Description:

MUCINAL 600 EVT is a mucolytic and antioxidant preparation designed to support respiratory health and reduce oxidative stress. Acetylcysteine works by breaking disulfide bonds in mucus, thereby decreasing its viscosity and facilitating easier expectoration in conditions associated with thick or excessive mucus. It also replenishes intracellular glutathione levels, helping protect cells from oxidative damage and supporting liver detoxification. The effervescent formulation allows rapid dissolution in water, improves absorption, and enhances patient compliance.

Adverse Effects:

Mild gastrointestinal disturbances such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, or heartburn may occur. Headache, dizziness, or unpleasant taste may be experienced. Rarely, allergic reactions such as skin rash, itching, or bronchospasm can occur.
