What is it used for?
Used for temporary relief of common cold symptoms such as fever, body aches, blocked or runny nose, sneezing and related nasal congestion.

How does it work?
Paracetamol helps reduce fever and relieve pain. Phenylephrine helps reduce nasal congestion, while chlorpheniramine helps relieve allergy-like symptoms such as sneezing and a runny nose.

How to take/use it
Use only as directed by a doctor or according to the package label. Measure the liquid with a suitable measuring device. Do not take it with other medicines containing paracetamol, phenylephrine or chlorpheniramine unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Common side effects
Sleepiness, dizziness, dry mouth, blurred vision, nausea or stomach discomfort. Phenylephrine may sometimes cause palpitations or nervousness.

Precautions
May cause sleepiness; avoid driving or operating machinery if affected. Avoid alcohol.
