Each 5 ml of syrup contains:

Terbutaline Sulphate IP  1.25 mg,Guaiphenesin IP 50 mg,Ambroxol Hydrochloride IP  15 mg,Menthol IP 0.5 mg,Flavoured syrupy base q.s.

Description:
Nakuf Blu Syrup is a multi-ingredient bronchodilator, mucolytic, and expectorant formulation designed for effective relief from productive cough and respiratory congestion.

Terbutaline acts as a bronchodilator, relaxing airway smooth muscles to ease breathing.

Guaiphenesin serves as an expectorant, helping loosen and expel mucus from the respiratory tract.

Ambroxol works as a mucolytic agent, thinning and clearing thick bronchial secretions.

Menthol provides a cooling and soothing effect on the throat, reducing irritation.

Warnings and Precautions:

For oral use only.

Shake well before use.

Use with caution in patients with cardiac disease, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, or peptic ulcer.

Avoid in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components.

May cause mild nervousness or palpitations due to bronchodilator action.

Use during pregnancy and lactation only under medical supervision.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Adverse Effects:

Common: Nausea, vomiting, stomach discomfort, mild tremor, headache.

Occasional: Palpitations, restlessness, or dizziness.

Rare: Allergic skin reactions, insomnia, or muscle cramps.
