Composition:
Each dose contains Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 mg, Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 15 mg, and Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 5 mg as active ingredients.

Uses:
Used for temporary relief of dry cough, runny or blocked nose, sneezing, and nasal congestion associated with the common cold and allergies.

How to Use:
Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor or as directed on the product label. If using a liquid formulation, measure the dose with the provided measuring device. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Precautions & Warnings:
Inform your doctor if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, glaucoma, thyroid problems, diabetes, liver disease, or difficulty passing urine. Avoid alcohol and other medicines that cause drowsiness. Do not use with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or within 14 days of stopping them.
