Composition:
Each 5 ml of syrup contains:

Ambroxol Hydrochloride IP 30 mg ,Levosalbutamol Sulphate IP equivalent to Levosalbutamol 1 mg ,Guaiphenesin IP 50 mg ,Flavoured syrupy base q.s.

Description:
Nakuf LS+ Syrup is a triple-action mucolytic, bronchodilator, and expectorant formulation used for the relief of productive cough associated with respiratory tract infections and bronchial conditions.

Ambroxol acts as a mucolytic, liquefying and clearing thick mucus from the airways. ,Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator that relaxes bronchial smooth muscles, easing breathing.,Guaiphenesin acts as an expectorant, facilitating mucus expulsion and relieving chest congestion.

Warnings and Precautions:

For oral use only.

Shake well before use.

Use with caution in patients with cardiac disease, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, or peptic ulcer.

Avoid in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.

Use during pregnancy and lactation only if prescribed by a physician.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

May cause mild transient nervousness or palpitations due to bronchodilator action.

Adverse Effects:

Common: Nausea, vomiting, stomach discomfort, headache.

Occasional: Tremor, palpitations, mild dizziness.

Rare: Allergic skin reactions, restlessness, or insomnia.
