Composition:
Each dose contains Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 5 mg, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 2.5 mg, and Cetirizine Hydrochloride 2.5 mg as active ingredients.

Uses:
Used for temporary relief of dry cough, sneezing, runny or blocked nose, nasal congestion, and other symptoms associated with the common cold and allergies.

How to Use:
Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor or as directed on the product label. If using a liquid formulation, measure the dose with the provided measuring device. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Precautions & Warnings:
Inform your doctor if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, glaucoma, thyroid problems, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, or difficulty passing urine. Cetirizine may cause drowsiness. Avoid alcohol and other medicines that cause drowsiness unless advised by your doctor. Do not use with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or within 14 days of stopping them.

Possible Side Effects:
Common side effects may include drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, nausea, headache, restlessness, or increased heart rate. Seek medical attention for severe palpitations, difficulty breathing, severe dizziness, confusion, or signs of a serious allergic reaction.
