What is it used for?
This medicine is used to relieve migraine headaches and help control associated nausea or vomiting.

How does it work?
Naproxen reduces pain and inflammation involved in migraine. Domperidone helps reduce nausea and vomiting and supports movement of the stomach.

How to take/use it
Take it exactly as prescribed by the doctor. Swallow it with water and do not take more than recommended. Taking it with or after food may help reduce stomach irritation from naproxen.

Common side effects
Indigestion, stomach pain, heartburn, nausea, dry mouth, dizziness or drowsiness may occur.

Precautions
Avoid this medicine if there is an allergy to naproxen, other painkillers or domperidone. Tell the doctor about stomach ulcers or bleeding, kidney, liver or heart problems, or asthma triggered by painkillers. Domperidone may affect heart rhythm, so inform the doctor about heart disease or medicines that affect heart rhythm. Avoid combining it with other NSAID painkillers unless advised. Seek medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe stomach pain, chest palpitations or fainting. Ask a doctor before use during pregnancy, especially the last 3 months, or while breastfeeding.
