What is it used for?
This medicine is usually used to relieve migraine headache and associated nausea or vomiting.

How does it work?
Naproxen reduces pain and inflammation by blocking substances involved in pain. Domperidone helps control nausea and vomiting and may improve stomach movement.

How to take/use it
Take it exactly as prescribed or directed on the label. Swallow with water; taking it with or after food may help reduce stomach irritation. Do not take more than recommended or combine it with other painkillers such as ibuprofen or diclofenac unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Stomach upset, indigestion, heartburn, stomach pain, nausea, dry mouth, dizziness or headache.

Precautions
Avoid this medicine if allergic to naproxen, aspirin or other NSAIDs, or if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding. Tell the doctor about kidney, liver or heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or heart rhythm problems. Avoid use during pregnancy unless specifically advised. Seek medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe stomach pain, chest palpitations or fainting.
