Description
NAPROZEN 250 Tablet is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug used to relieve mild to moderate pain, inflammation and swelling associated with conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, musculoskeletal disorders, dental pain, headache and menstrual pain. Naproxen works by blocking the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for pain and inflammation, thereby providing effective and sustained analgesic and anti-inflammatory action.

Adverse Effects
Common adverse effects include nausea, abdominal pain, indigestion, heartburn, dizziness and headache. Prolonged or high-dose use may increase the risk of gastrointestinal irritation, ulcers or bleeding. Rarely, allergic reactions such as rash, itching or swelling may occur.

Precautions
The tablet should be taken with food or milk to minimize stomach upset. Caution is advised in patients with a history of peptic ulcer disease, gastrointestinal bleeding, kidney or liver impairment, heart disease or hypertension. Long-term therapy should be used only under medical supervision. Use during pregnancy, especially in the last trimester, should be avoided unless prescribed by a healthcare professional.
