Description
NAPROZEN 500 Tablet is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug used for the relief of pain, inflammation and swelling associated with conditions such as arthritis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, musculoskeletal disorders, dental pain and dysmenorrhoea. Naproxen works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing the production of prostaglandins that cause pain, inflammation and fever. It provides effective and sustained pain relief when taken as prescribed.

Adverse Effects
Common adverse effects include stomach pain, heartburn, nausea, vomiting, dizziness and headache. Prolonged use may cause gastrointestinal irritation, ulcers or bleeding. Rarely, allergic reactions such as skin rash, swelling or breathing difficulty may occur.

Precautions
NAPROZEN should be taken with food or milk to reduce gastric irritation. Caution is advised in patients with a history of peptic ulcer disease, gastrointestinal bleeding, kidney impairment, cardiovascular disease or hypertension. Long-term use should be under medical supervision. Avoid use during the last trimester of pregnancy unless clearly advised by a physician.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep the tablets in the original packaging and out of reach of children.
