What is it used for?
This combination is used to relieve migraine headaches and associated nausea or vomiting.

How does it work?
Naproxen reduces the substances that cause pain and inflammation. Domperidone helps control nausea and vomiting and supports movement of the stomach.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by the doctor. Swallow with water, preferably with or after food, and do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use it for longer than advised.

Common side effects
Indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, heartburn, dizziness, headache, or dry mouth. Naproxen may rarely cause stomach ulcers or bleeding.

Precautions
Avoid this medicine if there is an allergy to naproxen, aspirin, or other NSAIDs, or a history of stomach ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding. Tell the doctor about kidney, liver, heart, or blood-pressure problems, asthma triggered by painkillers, or heart-rhythm problems. Domperidone may affect heart rhythm and can interact with some medicines. Avoid use during pregnancy, especially the last three months, unless specifically prescribed. Seek medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe stomach pain, fainting, or a fast or irregular heartbeat.
