Each gram of ointment contains:, Polymyxin B Sulfate – 5000 units, Bacitracin Zinc – 400 units, Neomycin Sulfate – 3400 units0, Ointment base q.s.

Description:

Nebaspor Ointment is a triple-antibiotic topical preparation used to prevent and treat superficial skin infections.

Together, they help control bacterial contamination in cuts, abrasions, minor wounds, surgical incisions, and superficial skin infections.

Precautions:

For external use only.

Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, mucous membranes, or deep wounds.Do not apply on large areas, severe burns, or open eardrum.

Avoid use in patients with known allergy to aminoglycosides or bacitracin.

Discontinue if redness, irritation, or allergic reaction occurs.

Use cautiously during pregnancy and breastfeeding—only if advised.

Avoid prolonged or unnecessary use to reduce risk of sensitisation.

Keep away from children.

Adverse Effects:

Local burning, stinging, redness, itching.

Contact dermatitis or hypersensitivity (especially due to neomycin).

Very rarely, systemic absorption may cause ototoxicity or nephrotoxicity when applied over large areas or damaged skin (uncommon).

Storage:

Store below 25–30°C, in a cool and dry place, protected from light.
Keep the tube tightly closed and out of reach of children.
