Diclofenac Sodium 50 mg, Paracetamol 325 mg

Description:

New Intagesic Tablet is a combination of Diclofenac, a potent NSAID with anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, and Paracetamol, a centrally acting analgesic–antipyretic.
Together, the combination provides fast and effective relief from pain, inflammation, and fever, commonly used in conditions such as headache, musculoskeletal pain, postoperative pain, dental pain, joint pain, and painful inflammatory conditions.

Warnings and Precautions:

Avoid in patients with peptic ulcer disease, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe liver, kidney, or heart disease.

Contraindicated in patients allergic to Diclofenac, Paracetamol, or other NSAIDs.

Use with caution in asthma, hypertension, elderly patients, or those on anticoagulants.

Do not combine with other NSAIDs or additional Paracetamol-containing products.

Long-term or high-dose NSAID use may increase the risk of gastric bleeding, cardiovascular events, and renal impairment.

Adverse Effects:

Gastric discomfort, nausea, vomiting

Heartburn, acidity

Dizziness, headache

Rash or hypersensitivity reactions

Rare: GI bleeding, liver enzyme elevation, renal effects
