What is it used for?
It is used to relieve mild to moderate pain and inflammation, such as muscle, joint, arthritis, dental or other short-term painful conditions.

How does it work?
Diclofenac reduces substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever through a different action.

How to take/use it
Take it only as directed by a doctor or pharmacist. Swallow the tablet with water, preferably with or after food. Do not take it with other medicines containing diclofenac, paracetamol or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Common side effects
Indigestion, nausea, stomach pain, diarrhoea, dizziness or headache may occur.

Precautions
Avoid or seek medical advice before use if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, liver or kidney disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or an allergy to painkillers. Avoid excessive alcohol. Do not use during the last 3 months of pregnancy, and consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Stop and seek medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe skin rash, facial swelling or breathing difficulty.
