New Nimucet Ds Syrup (Mefenamic Acid 100 mg + Paracetamol 250 mg)

Composition:

Each 5 mL suspension contains:

Mefenamic Acid 100 mg

Paracetamol 250 mg

Description:

New Nimucet DS Suspension is a combination of Mefenamic Acid, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and Paracetamol, an analgesic and antipyretic.
Together, they provide effective relief from fever, headache, toothache, body pain, and inflammatory pain in children and adults as prescribed.
The formulation offers fast and sustained pain relief with improved tolerability.

Warnings and Precautions:

Contraindicated in patients with peptic ulcers, severe kidney or liver disease, bleeding disorders, or known allergy to NSAIDs or Paracetamol.

Use with caution in patients with asthma, gastric irritation, or dehydration.

Avoid giving along with other NSAIDs or additional Paracetamol-containing products.

Long-term or high-dose use may increase risk of gastrointestinal bleeding or liver toxicity.

Avoid in pregnancy (especially 3rd trimester) unless advised by a doctor.

Do not exceed recommended dosage—risk of liver damage increases with overdose.

Adverse Effects:

Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain

Diarrhea or constipation

Heartburn, gastritis

Dizziness or headache

Skin rash or allergic reactions

Rarely: liver enzyme elevation or gastrointestinal bleeding

Storage:
