New Nimucet Syrup (Mefenamic Acid 50 mg + Paracetamol 125)

Composition:

Each 5 mL syrup contains:

Mefenamic Acid 50 mg, Paracetamol 125 mg

Description:

New Nimucet Syrup is a pediatric analgesic–antipyretic combination containing Mefenamic Acid, an NSAID that reduces inflammation and pain, and Paracetamol, a widely used antipyretic and analgesic.
The combination is used for the relief of fever, teething pain, headache, musculoskeletal pain, and pain associated with infections in children.

Warnings and Precautions:

Contraindicated in children with peptic ulcer disease, severe kidney or liver impairment, aspirin/NSAID allergy, or bleeding disorders.

Use cautiously in children with asthma or gastric sensitivity.

Do not administer with other NSAIDs or additional Paracetamol-containing medicines.

Overdose of Paracetamol may cause serious liver damage—follow recommended dosage strictly.

Avoid long-term or high-dose use without medical supervision.

Adverse Effects:

Nausea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort

Diarrhea or constipation

Gastric irritation or heartburn

Dizziness

Skin rash or hypersensitivity reactions

Rarely: gastrointestinal bleeding or elevated liver enzymes

Storage:

Store below 30°C, protected from light and moisture.

Shake well before use.

Keep tightly closed and out of reach of children.
