Paracetamol IP – 500 mg,Caffeine (Anhydrous) IP – 30 mg,Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride IP – 25 mg,Phenylephrine Hydrochloride IP – 5 mg,Excipients – q.s.

Description:
Nicip Cold and Flu Tablet is a combination formulation that provides symptomatic relief from cold, flu, nasal congestion, headache, and fever.

Warnings and Precautions:

For oral use only.

Use with caution in patients with hypertension, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, or heart disease.

Avoid alcohol and other CNS depressants during therapy.

May cause drowsiness — avoid driving or operating machinery.

Contraindicated in patients with severe hepatic impairment, narrow-angle glaucoma, or hypersensitivity to any component.

Not recommended in children below 12 years without medical advice.

Adverse Effects:

Drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth

Nausea, upset stomach

Palpitations, restlessness, or insomnia (rare)

Allergic reactions (rarely rash or itching)
