Composition:
Each dose contains Nimesulide 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg as active ingredients.

Uses:
Used for short-term relief of mild to moderate pain, inflammation, fever, headache, toothache, muscle pain, and joint pain.

How to Use:
Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Preferably take it with or after food to reduce stomach irritation. Do not exceed the recommended dose or duration.

Precautions & Warnings:
Inform your doctor if you have liver or kidney disease, stomach ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, heart disease, or high blood pressure. Avoid alcohol during treatment. Do not take with other medicines containing paracetamol or other painkillers unless advised by your doctor.

Possible Side Effects:
Nausea, stomach discomfort, indigestion, diarrhea, dizziness, or headache may occur. Stop use and seek medical attention if you develop severe stomach pain, unusual bleeding, yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, severe rash, or breathing difficulty.
