Nimceta Gold Tablet (Nimesulide 100 Mg + Paracetamol 325 Mg)

Each tablet contains:

Nimesulide IP  100 mg,Paracetamol IP  325 mg,Excipients: q.s.

Description:
Nimceta Gold Tablet is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and analgesic combination that provides effective relief from pain, inflammation, and fever.

Nimesulide inhibits cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzymes and reduces prostaglandin synthesis, thereby decreasing pain and inflammation.

Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) acts as an antipyretic and analgesic by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system.

Warnings and Precautions:

For oral use only.

Use with caution in patients with hepatic or renal impairment.

Avoid concurrent use with other NSAIDs or hepatotoxic drugs.

Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to nimesulide, paracetamol, or other NSAIDs.

Not recommended in pregnancy, lactation, or children below 12 years.

Prolonged use may cause hepatic toxicity or gastric irritation; use only under medical supervision.

Avoid alcohol consumption during therapy.

Adverse Effects:

Common: Nausea, vomiting, epigastric pain, heartburn.

Occasional: Dizziness, rash, diarrhea.
