What is it used for?
This combination is used for short-term relief of common cold symptoms such as fever, headache, body aches, blocked or runny nose, sneezing and nasal congestion.

How does it work?
Paracetamol and nimesulide help reduce fever and pain. Phenylephrine helps relieve nasal congestion, while CPM (chlorpheniramine) helps reduce runny nose and sneezing.

How to take/use it
Use only as directed by a doctor or pharmacist. Do not take more than recommended, and do not combine it with other medicines containing paracetamol, nimesulide, phenylephrine or chlorpheniramine. Avoid alcohol and use caution when driving if drowsiness occurs.

Common side effects
Drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, nausea, stomach upset, headache, palpitations or a rise in blood pressure may occur.

Precautions
Inform the doctor if there is liver or kidney disease, stomach ulcer, high blood pressure, heart disease, glaucoma, prostate problems or alcohol use. Avoid use during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless specifically advised. Stop and seek medical advice for severe skin reactions, breathing difficulty, persistent vomiting, yellowing of the skin or eyes, or severe abdominal pain.
