Nimlide Plus Tabs (Brown) (20X10) Nimesulide 100 & Paracetamol 325Mg by Elder

What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation and fever, such as body pain, muscle or joint pain, dental pain, headache and period pain.

How does it work?
Nimesulide reduces the substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by a doctor, preferably with or after food, and swallow with water. Do not take more than the prescribed amount or use it for longer than advised. Avoid taking other medicines containing paracetamol or painkillers such as NSAIDs unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, indigestion, stomach pain, diarrhoea, dizziness or headache.

Precautions
Avoid this medicine if there is liver disease, severe kidney disease, stomach ulcer or previous allergy to painkillers, unless specifically prescribed. Avoid alcohol. Stop taking it and seek medical help if yellowing of the eyes or skin, dark urine, severe stomach pain, unusual bleeding, rash or breathing difficulty occurs. Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
