What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation and fever, such as body pain, muscle or joint pain and other painful conditions.

How does it work?
Nimesulide reduces the production of substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by a doctor. Swallow the tablet with water, preferably after food if advised. Do not take more than the recommended amount or use it for longer than prescribed. Avoid taking other medicines containing paracetamol or painkillers unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, diarrhoea, dizziness and skin rash may occur.

Precautions
Avoid this medicine if there is liver disease, severe kidney disease, stomach ulcer or bleeding, or allergy to painkillers, unless specifically prescribed. Avoid alcohol. Seek medical help for yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, severe stomach pain, unusual bleeding, breathing difficulty or a serious skin rash. Use during pregnancy, breastfeeding or in children only on medical advice.
