What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of acute pain, inflammation and fever.

How does it work?
Nimesulide reduces the production of substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps relieve pain and reduce fever.

How to take/use it
Take only in the dose and for the duration prescribed by the doctor. Swallow with water, preferably after food. Do not take it with other medicines containing paracetamol unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, diarrhoea, dizziness and skin rash.

Precautions
Avoid use or seek medical advice if there is liver disease, a history of stomach ulcers or bleeding, kidney or heart problems, or an allergy to painkillers. Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine. Do not use during pregnancy, especially the last 3 months, unless specifically prescribed. Stop taking it and seek medical help if yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, severe stomach pain, black stools, breathing difficulty or a serious skin rash occurs.
