What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation and fever.

How does it work?
Nimesulide reduces the substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps relieve pain and reduce fever.

How to take/use it
Take only as directed by a doctor or pharmacist. It is usually taken after food with water. Do not take more than recommended or use it for longer than advised. Avoid taking other medicines containing paracetamol, nimesulide or similar painkillers unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, diarrhoea, dizziness and skin rash may occur.

Precautions
Avoid this medicine if there is liver disease, a history of serious stomach ulcer or bleeding, or severe kidney disease unless specifically advised by a doctor. Avoid alcohol. Use during pregnancy, especially the last three months, only under medical advice. Children should receive it only if specifically prescribed. Stop using it and seek medical help for yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, severe stomach pain, black stools, breathing difficulty or a serious skin rash.
