What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation and fever, such as body aches, muscle or joint pain, toothache and menstrual pain.

How does it work?
Nimesulide and paracetamol reduce the production or effects of substances involved in pain, inflammation and fever. Together, they help relieve pain and lower fever.

How to take/use it
Take only as directed by a doctor or pharmacist. Do not take more than the recommended amount or use it for longer than advised. Avoid taking other medicines containing paracetamol unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, stomach discomfort, diarrhoea, dizziness and skin rash may occur.

Precautions
Use only under medical advice if there is liver or kidney disease, stomach ulcer, bleeding problems, or an allergy to painkillers. Avoid alcohol and other paracetamol-containing products. Stop using it and seek medical help if yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, severe stomach pain, unusual bleeding, breathing difficulty or a serious skin rash occurs. It may not be suitable during pregnancy, breastfeeding or in children unless specifically prescribed.
