What is it used for?
Used to relieve pain, inflammation and swelling, especially in muscle, joint and soft-tissue conditions.

How does it work?
Aceclofenac reduces substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps relieve pain and fever, while serratiopeptidase may help reduce inflammation and swelling.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed. Swallow the tablet whole with water, preferably with or after food. Do not take more than recommended or use it for longer than advised. Avoid taking other medicines containing paracetamol or painkillers from the NSAID group unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Common side effects
Indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, diarrhoea, dizziness or headache may occur.

Precautions
Avoid or seek medical advice before use if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or allergy to NSAIDs. Consult a healthcare professional during pregnancy, especially in the last three months, or while breastfeeding. Avoid excessive alcohol. Seek medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe skin rash, breathing difficulty or swelling of the face or throat.
