What is it used for?
Used for temporary relief of common cold and flu symptoms such as fever, headache, body aches, blocked or stuffy nose, runny nose and sneezing.

How does it work?
Paracetamol helps reduce fever and pain. Phenylephrine relieves nasal congestion, while diphenhydramine helps reduce a runny nose and sneezing; caffeine may enhance the pain-relieving effect of paracetamol.

How to take/use it
Take only as directed on the package or by a doctor or pharmacist. Do not take it with other medicines containing paracetamol, phenylephrine or diphenhydramine. Avoid alcohol and do not drive if drowsy or dizzy.

Common side effects
Drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, blurred vision, nausea, restlessness, difficulty sleeping, increased blood pressure or a fast heartbeat may occur.

Precautions
Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if there is liver disease, high blood pressure, heart disease, glaucoma, thyroid disease or difficulty passing urine. Use caution with other medicines that cause drowsiness. Do not exceed the recommended amount of paracetamol. Seek medical advice if symptoms are severe, worsen or do not improve.
