What is it used for?
This medicine is used for the temporary relief of fever and mild to moderate pain, such as body aches, headache or toothache.

How does it work?
Ibuprofen helps reduce pain, inflammation and fever. Paracetamol also reduces pain and fever through a different action.

How to take/use it
Use only as directed on the product label or by a healthcare professional. The dose depends on the child's age and weight. Shake the bottle well and measure the liquid with the supplied measuring device. Do not give more than recommended or combine it with other medicines containing paracetamol or ibuprofen.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, indigestion, stomach pain or diarrhoea may occur. Stop use and seek medical help for a severe rash, breathing difficulty, unusual sleepiness, persistent vomiting or signs of stomach bleeding.

Precautions
Do not use in anyone allergic to ibuprofen, paracetamol, aspirin or other similar medicines. Seek medical advice before use if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, asthma triggered by painkillers, kidney or liver problems, dehydration, or if the child is taking other medicines. Avoid use during pregnancy unless specifically advised by a healthcare professional. Do not use for longer than recommended without medical advice.
