What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation and fever, such as body pain or painful musculoskeletal conditions.

How does it work?
Nimesulide reduces the production of substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by a doctor. Take it with or after food and do not use it for longer than advised. Do not take it with other medicines containing paracetamol, nimesulide or similar painkillers unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, indigestion, diarrhoea, dizziness and skin rash.

Precautions
Avoid alcohol during treatment. Tell the doctor about liver or kidney disease, stomach ulcers, bleeding problems, heart disease, pregnancy or breastfeeding before use. Stop taking it and seek medical help for yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, severe stomach pain, black stools, facial swelling, breathing difficulty or a severe skin rash.
