What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation and fever, such as body aches, muscle or joint pain, and other mild-to-moderate painful conditions.

How does it work?
Nimesulide reduces the production of substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed or directed on the label. Take it with or after food and swallow with water. Do not take it with other medicines containing paracetamol, nimesulide or similar painkillers unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, indigestion, diarrhoea, dizziness, or skin rash.

Precautions
Use only under medical advice if there is liver or kidney disease, a history of stomach ulcers or bleeding, or regular alcohol use. Avoid during pregnancy, especially the last three months, unless prescribed. Stop using it and seek medical help for yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, severe skin rash, breathing difficulty, or signs of stomach bleeding.
