What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of painful muscle and joint conditions, especially pain associated with muscle stiffness or spasms.

How does it work?
Nimesulide and paracetamol help reduce pain, while nimesulide also reduces inflammation. Chlorzoxazone acts on the central nervous system to help relax muscles and relieve spasms.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by the doctor, preferably with or after food. Swallow the tablet whole. Do not take it with other medicines containing paracetamol, nimesulide or similar painkillers unless advised by a doctor. Avoid alcohol and do not drive if drowsy or dizzy.

Common side effects
Nausea, stomach upset, diarrhoea, dizziness and drowsiness may occur.

Precautions
Use only under medical advice if there is liver or kidney disease, stomach ulcer, a history of gastrointestinal bleeding, or regular alcohol use. Avoid prolonged use unless specifically advised. Stop and seek medical help for yellowing of the skin or eyes, severe skin rash, breathing difficulty, unusual bleeding or severe stomach pain. Not usually recommended during pregnancy, especially late pregnancy, unless prescribed.
