Nucet Syrup (Levocetirizine 2.5 mg)

Composition:

Each 5 ml of syrup contains:

Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride 2.5 mg

Description:

Nucet Syrup contains Levocetirizine, a long-acting, non-sedating antihistamine.
It helps relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis and urticaria such as: Sneezing, Runny or blocked nose, Watery eyes, Itching ,Skin rashes or hives 

It works by selectively blocking H1 histamine receptors, reducing allergic responses with minimal drowsiness.

Warnings and Precautions:

Use with caution in patients with renal impairment; dosage adjustment may be required.

May cause mild drowsiness in some individuals; avoid driving or operating machinery if affected.

Avoid consuming alcohol as it may increase sedation.

Not recommended in infants below 2 years unless prescribed.

Use in pregnancy or breastfeeding only if advised by a physician.

Avoid taking along with other antihistamines without medical advice.

Adverse Effects:

Common: Drowsiness or fatigue, Dry mouth,Headache, Nasal irritation

Less common: Abdominal discomfort, Palpitations (rare), Allergic reactions (very rare)
