Description:

Nucool Gel is a balanced antacid and antiflatulent formulation containing Magaldrate and Simethicone. It provides rapid and long-lasting relief from acidity, heartburn, indigestion, and gas.
Magaldrate neutralizes excess stomach acid and protects the gastric mucosa, while Simethicone helps relieve bloating and discomfort due to trapped gas.

Warnings & Precautions:

Use with caution in patients with kidney disease.

Avoid prolonged or excessive use without medical advice.

Can interfere with absorption of certain drugs (e.g., tetracyclines, ciprofloxacin, iron).

Maintain 2-hour gap between this and other oral medicines.

Suitable for short-term symptomatic relief only.

Adverse Effects:

Common: Mild constipation or diarrhea

Occasional: Nausea, chalky taste, abdominal discomfort

Rare: Electrolyte imbalance or aluminum/magnesium accumulation (with prolonged use in renal impairment)
