Each film-coated tablet contains:

Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride IP 5 mg

Description:
Okacet L Tablet contains Levocetirizine, a non-sedating antihistamine used to relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis, hay fever, urticaria (hives), and other allergic conditions.
It works by blocking the action of histamine, a substance responsible for allergic symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, and itching.

Warnings and Precautions:

Use with caution in patients with renal impairment; dose adjustment may be required.

Avoid consuming alcohol or sedative medications as they may increase drowsiness.

May cause mild drowsiness or fatigue in some individuals; avoid driving if affected.

Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding only under medical advice.

Adverse Effects:
Drowsiness, dry mouth, fatigue, headache, and abdominal pain. Rarely, hypersensitivity reactions may occur.
